Terms and Conditions of Sale
We appreciate your business and value you as an Arhaus customer. Please take a few
moments to review our terms and conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes
your agreement to follow these terms and conditions and be bound by them.
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases, with the exception of special order items, clearance items, and floor
samples may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund minus original
delivery or shipping fees. Merchandise exchanged for same items due for reasons
other than manufacturer defects will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and re-delivery
and / or shipping fees. An Arhaus Furniture representative may select reasonable
replacements for items that have been discontinued. All exchanges or returns, except
for manufacturer defects, are subject to re-delivery and / or shipping charges.
Refunds may take up to 15 business days for processing.
Arhaus Warranty
All Arhaus merchandise is warranted against manufacturer's defects. Proof of purchase
is required for exchanges or warranty service. Clearance items and floor samples
are not warranted. Our protection plan, available for purchase separately, covers
specific instances of accidents and incidents. Customers who do not purchase this
protection plan will not receive support for scratches, dents, tears, or other accidents.
Normal wear and tear or damage from customer use is not warranted. For example,
fabric and leather may naturally fade or deteriorate with extended use. Softening
of a cushion core or loss of cushion crown is also typical with use. These normal
conditions are not manufacturers' defects and are not covered under this warranty.
We will promptly repair or replace, at our option, any items that are defective.
Our warranty is non-transferable. Any damage upon delivery must be noted on the
delivery receipt. Damage not noted on delivery receipt will be determined to be
customer damage, and not warranted. Visible defects or variance to order details
must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery. Issues not presented
within 7 days of delivery will be considered acceptable and will not be warranted.
No warranty work or exchange processing will be completed on upholstery or leather
items unless these items are clean.
Measure To Ensure Fit
You are responsible to ensure that your new furniture and accessories will fit in
the desired room, as well as through doorways, stairways, elevators, and hallways.
Items that do not fit into your home and are refused are subject to a 10% restocking
fee and customer will be charged a new delivery fee for replacement merchandise.
A return shipping fee may apply.
Natural Materials Have Unique Characteristics

Leather: The beauty of high-quality leather is that each piece is naturally
one-of-a-kind. Natural markings such as scars, brands and other imperfections are
not flaws but part of the unique character of each piece. Color and grain texture
will naturally vary between items and within an individual piece. Arhaus Furniture
cannot match color to previously manufactured leather items.

Copper: Arhaus copper pieces are handmade and they reflect the one-of-a-kind
artistry of irregular hammered edges and markings, such as scrapes, seams, and rasp
marks. As a natural material, copper's color tones and color patterns may vary significantly
between pieces.

Natural Stone / Marble: Because Arhaus stone products are handmade from natural
stone these items may naturally vary in color tones and pattern. In keeping with
authentic Old World design, the edges of Arhaus stone tables are not sealed and
feature an uneven, natural stone appearance. Stones along the edge with a deep-set
and/or unfinished appearance are marks of hand-crafting.

Wood: Our products are constructed with a variety of responsibly sourced
woods. Paints and stains may take differently to various cuts of wood, and color
may vary. The wood will "breathe" and, with varying humidity levels, expand and
contract. This process may lead to seasonal movement (slight separations in the
wood that come and go). Natural products with these characteristics are not defective
and cannot be exchanged for the same item.
Special Order Purchases
Special order merchandise typically requires approximately 90 days to be manufactured.
The actual time frame will depend on the item purchased. An Arhaus associate may
provide you an estimated delivery date but no time frame for completion can be guaranteed.
Significant delays may occur due to fabric delays. Fabric delays may not be identified
until late in the manufacturing process, sometimes only days before original expected
receipt date. Fabrics and frames may be discontinued at any time and without notice.
Arhaus Furniture is not responsible for the inability to replace slip covers or
for filling orders for any discontinued products. Special order merchandise is manufactured
to your exact specifications. Due to the unique character of custom order pieces,
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. If you do not accept delivery you forfeit 33% of
the item purchase price.
Clearance Items & Floor Samples Are Final Sales
Clearance items and floor samples are extraordinary values. They are sold "as-is"
and cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All clearance and floor
sample items must be paid in full at time of purchase. These items must be picked
up within 14 days of purchase. Clearance or floor samples not picked up within 14
days will be returned to the floor or warehouse and will be subject to a 10% restocking
fee.
Antiques, Relics, And Vintage Items
We select our vintage items, relics, and antiques from around the world. They are
all one-of-a-kind items with a history of use. These items may be returned within
in 14 days of purchase but are sold as-is with no warranty. After 14 days, these
unique items are not returnable.
Bedding, Pillows, Rugs, Mattresses And Box Springs
All bedding, pillows, and rugs may be exchanged or returned within 14 days but must
be in new and unused condition and in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Mattresses and box springs carry a 15 year warranty against manufacturer defects
when purchased as a set. Mattresses and Box springs cannot be returned or exchanged
once removed from protective wrapping. Mattresses and Box springs must be clean
and free from stains before being serviced or exchanged due to defects.
Merchandise Pick Up
Small items such as dining chairs and end tables may be picked up at your local
store. See store associate to confirm your pick-up request. Some stores may be unable
to accommodate customer pick up requests. Any merchandise pick-up must be paid in
full prior to being transferred to the store. All merchandise must be picked up
within 14 days of merchandise arriving at the store location. Merchandise not picked
up within 14 days will be returned to the warehouse and a 10% restocking fee will
be charged.
Customers are responsible for bringing proper help to load merchandise into their
vehicle. Arhaus Furniture will not be responsible for any damage caused during loading,
unloading, or transporting merchandise to customer's home. All packing, wrapping,
and securing materials must be provided by the customer.
Item Availability
Orders placed online will be confirmed via email once processed. Item availability
and delivery information will be included.
Pricing
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog and on our
website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price,
we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping
or cancel your order, refund your payment and notify you of such cancellation.
Pricing is subject to change by Arhaus at any time without notice.
Payment and Deposit Requirements
A deposit of half (50%) of the purchase price is required at the time you place
your order. Full payment is required at the time that merchandise is scheduled for
delivery or pick up. If merchandise is being scheduled at the time of order entry,
full payment is required at order entry. Clearance and floor samples require full
payment at the time the order is entered. When placing an online order, your credit
card is automatically charged 100% of the total of your order.
