And while you can’t prevent them from happening, you can be prepared for them when they do. The Worry-Free protection plan program was designed to keep life’s little accidents from ruining your new furniture investment.

The Worry-Free protection plan program, powered by UNITERS, offers in-home service for just about anything life throws your way. Now you can enjoy your furniture without worry that dents, scratches, stains or various other incidents will ruin your favorite piece. If something happens, we will send a furniture technician to your home to clean or repair it. There are three ways to initiate a claim; via the Warranty Service mobile app, by filing online at warrantyservice.com or by calling 888.437.8675. See your protection plan document for complete terms & conditions. Most clients count on the Worry-Free protection plan to minimize their future expenses, because it provides service with no out-of-pocket expense or deductible. The plan is a great value, and it covers you for five full years from the date your first covered item is delivered.

Do you have family or guests who will be using the furniture?
Over 50% of accidents in the home (i.e., stains, rips, tears, & punctures) are caused by guests or visitors – not the homeowners. Having a protection plan gives you peace of mind when accidents happen. The Worry-Free protection plan provides coverage for select furniture categories against a single incident or accident reported within 30-days of discovery. The Worry-Free protection plan also provides protection against mechanical and structural breakdowns and/or failure.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need Worry-Free protection for my furniture?
Accidents happen! And while you can’t prevent them from happening, you can be prepared for them when they do. The Worry-Free protection plan program was designed to keep life’s little accidents from ruining your new furniture investment.

What furniture is covered under the three plans? 
Worry-Free protection plans include coverage for fabric and leather upholstery, hard solid surfaces, dining, bedroom, home office, indoor rugs, outdoor and occasional collections. For more details, please see your protection plan document for complete terms and conditions. There is no deductible, and this is not an insurance plan.

What is not covered under this protection?
Any product with an attempt to clean or repair before a claim is started will not be covered. Any upholstery item with added protection applied by the client will not be covered (e.g., ScotchgardTM). Overall cleanings are not included. Upon evaluation from a technician visit or photos, if there is a pre-existing stain, buildup and/or accumulation of stains or damages under the single incident/accident reported, the claim will not be covered. If there is a single accident/incident that happens on top of an accumulation of stains, the claim will not be covered.
Damage from abuse/behavioral issues will not be covered. Pet damage exceeding one incident per ticket, or any signs of accumulation damage will be considered behavioral damage and not covered. Damage covered under a homeowners policy or manufacturer’s warranty. Mold, odor, medical incontinence. Normal wear and tear; foam resiliency, scratches, cracking, peeling, or splitting of leather. Nubuck leathers and suede. All accessories including wall art, pillows, bedding, lamps, chandeliers, mirrors, decor items, and relics. Outdoor rugs, rug pads, outdoor furniture covers, mattresses, box springs, and floor samples are also excluded. Commercial use and rental properties. Any item not included in the coverage section of the protection plan document.

What is accumulation and what does it look like?
Accumulation is a build-up of stains or damages that have occurred over time and have not been addressed and cannot be attributed to a single incident. This is not covered as it cannot be treated or repaired.

How long does Worry-Free provide coverage?
Coverage is for five years from the date your first covered item(s) is delivered. If you have multiple delivery dates for an order, coverage begins the day of the first delivery. Worry-Free plans cannot be extended. The Worry-Free plan expires if a replacement is issued. However, a new plan may be purchased on replacement
product.

When can I purchase the Worry-Free protection plan? 
Worry-Free protection plans are selected when you purchase your new furniture. Please be sure to review your sales receipt and delivery paperwork to ensure the protection plan has been added. The Worry-Free protection plan must be purchased prior to the scheduling of delivery and cannot be purchased once the order has been scheduled to leave our warehouse. Only one delivery address is allowed per order with a Worry-Free protection plan. The Worry-Free protection plan agreement will be emailed within 30 days of delivery.

How do I file a claim?

The Warranty Service mobile app is available for download at the Apple App Store or on Google Play. Review coverage details, file a claim 24/7, schedule your technician appointment, and receive status updates in one application. You may also file a claim by filing online at warrantyservice.com, or by calling 888.437.8675. Please be sure to file your claim within 30-days of noticing the problem.

What if my covered product is no longer available? 
If your covered product is no longer available, you may qualify for a reselection. If the item is a lower price, no money will be refunded. With a reselection, your current Worry-Free protection plan is fulfilled on that specific item.

How much does the protection plan cost? 
Please see your Design Consultant for pricing. Any new product order(s) requires its own protection plan. A full replacement of your piece fulfills the protection plan agreement. A new plan may need to be purchased on the new full replacement item.

Can a client file multiple claims?
Yes, you can file multiple claims for the same item for incidents and accidents, excluding pet damage and any signs of accumulation or neglect of proper care and maintenance. Worry-Free coverage includes only one incident of pet damage caused by beaks, paws, jaws and claws, regardless of how many items are on the
ticket. Once you elect to utilize that coverage, it may not be utilized again, even if the damage is on a different item, or caused by a different pet.

How does the claim process work? 
Once a claim has been filed with the provider, the claim will be reviewed for compliance. A technician will be scheduled to evaluate or repair as needed. If an item cannot be repaired, parts may be ordered to complete the repair, or a cash settlement for a prorated amount will be offered. If the cash settlement is accepted, the item is kept as-is and coverage on that item has been fulfilled. If you do not want a cash settlement, you can select an exchange as an option. If an exchange is chosen, the Worry-Free plan is considered used on that item and a new plan may need to be purchased if you want the replacement covered.

Is the Arhaus Furniture Warranty still in effect for furniture covered by the Worry-Free protection plan? 
Yes. Your Arhaus manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturer defects. Your Worry-Free protection plan covers accidental and incidental damages on covered items.

If I move to a new address is the protection plan still in effect? 
Yes, as long as you are moving within the United States. Coverage is only in place while the furniture is in the home. Damage that occurs during a move between homes is not covered.
